I don’t get it. Is the joke just the concept of being arrested for YouTube crimes, or did she do something in the first three panels?

she’s doing all the worst things people do in youtube videos (obnoxious intro, pointless concept, blowing out the mic, chewing into the mic), and then she arrested for it. the bzzznn is the sound of the mic being blown out.
